The Bloodhound Project
On Wednesday 11th June both Year 5 classes visited Brislington Enterprise College (BEC) to find out more about our recent topic, the Bloodhound SSC (super-sonic car).
The Bloodhound SSC is aiming to shatter the current world land speed record (763mph). A team of engineers, who are developing the car in Bristol, are working on designing and building a car to reach a speed of over 1000mph! All children had a fantasic time and some even found out they are engineers in the making!
